How to set up Duke Zoom and Duke Panopto to store videos

Duke Zoom meeting recordings can be saved to the cloud and moved over to a designated folder in Duke Panopto with the following settings selected:

Simplified steps:

Go to https://duke.zoom.us/ and use your Duke NetID to sign in
In your Duke Zoom account on the left navigation bar, click "Settings" then on the top tab, click "Recording"
Ensure the cloud recording is set to enable and the settings noted here are checked under "cloud Recording" and "advanced cloud recording" then save (see screenshots below)
Go to https://duke.hosted.panopto.com/Panopto and use your Duke NetID to sign in
In the upper right corner, click on the icon associated with your account (default is your initials)
In settings, select the box next to "Zoom" for meeting import settings and select the folder to save Zoom recordings into (see screenshots below)
Once the video recording is complete in Zoom, the video will integrate with your Panopto account in the designated folder
In order for the video to be available in the appropriate student-facing course folder, move the video in Panopto into the folder here: Staging Folder: ADD VIDEOS HERE (if you do not have permissions, contact Julia Conrad Fisher jec98@duke.edu) To move the video, click settings, then under the folder select the staging folder and click save.
